Supervision is grounded in a collaborative, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming approach, with a focus on reflective practice and evidence-informed strategies.
Currently completing formal supervision training, with prior experience providing guidance and support across a range of professional roles and settings.
Support is available in the following formats:
– One-off or ongoing individual supervision
– Group supervision or reflective practice sessions
– Professional development workshops tailored to team or service needs
