Erin Victoria Psychology respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
All client information is collected, stored, and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and APS Code of Ethics.
Information you share is confidential and used only for the purpose of providing psychological services.
Your personal data (including any forms, notes, or reports) is stored securely and accessed only by Erin Ghazi.
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless:
You give written consent
There is a legal obligation
There is serious risk of harm to you or others
You have the right to access your records, correct any inaccuracies, or withdraw consent at any time.

Terms of Service
These terms outline how services are provided at Erin Victoria Psychology.
Sessions are by appointment only.
A standard therapy session is 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
You agree to provide accurate information to support effective treatment.
If you're unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Fees are due at the time of session. A list of current fees is available upon request or at the time of booking.
Erin Victoria Psychology accepts self-managed NDIS participants, but not plan-managed funding.
Medicare rebates may be available with a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
