About Erin Victoria Psychology

Meet Erin

Clinical & Educational and Developmental Psychologist | Director of Erin Victoria Psychology

Hi, I'm Erin, a Clinical & Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Drawing on expertise in both Clinical Psychology and Educational & Developmental Psychology, I support young people experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural regulation difficulties, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), learning differences, trauma, social challenges, and life transitions. My experience spans public, private and school-based settings, and I work closely with families, schools, GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.

I believe therapy should feel safe, practical and full of possibility. My approach is warm, compassionate, strengths-based and neuroaffirming, always tailored to the unique needs of each young person and their family. I use evidence-based strategies that help children and adolescents better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence and skills to thrive.

Alongside individual therapy, I value working closely with parents and caregivers, recognising that supporting the whole family often leads to the most meaningful and lasting outcomes. Whether it's navigating school, managing emotions, strengthening relationships or building resilience, my goal is to help families feel more connected, confident and supported.

Outside the therapy room, I'm a mum to three teenagers, some of whom are neurodivergent, a nature lover, and a firm believer in the power of connection, creativity and growth.

Whether you're seeking support for your child, guidance as a parent, or a trusted psychologist to walk alongside your family, I'm here to help.
