About Erin Victoria Psychology

Meet Erin

Educational & Developmental Psychologist | Founder of Erin Victoria Psychology

Hi, I’m Erin Ghazi, a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a deep passion for helping children, teens, young adults, and families feel understood, supported, and empowered.

In addition to experience working across primary, secondary, and tertiary education settings, I have also supported young people through roles in private practice and the not-for-profit sector. This work has focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, social difficulties, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), learning differences, and life transitions.

I believe therapy should feel safe, practical, and full of possibility. My approach is gentle, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming, always tailored to the unique needs of the child and their family.

I use evidence-based tools and playful, age-appropriate strategies that support:

  • Emotional and behavioural regulation

  • Social connection and peer engagement

  • Self-awareness and confidence

  • Individual support to help access and adjust to the school environment with confidence and learning success

  • Positive family relationships

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mum to three teenagers, some of whom are neurodivergent, a nature lover, and a strong believer in the power of connection, creativity, and growth.

Whether you're seeking support for your child, guidance as a parent, or a trusted partner to walk beside you through tricky seasons, I’m here.

Let’s work together to support your child’s growth, confidence, and unique strengths.
